User Acquisition Manager

Funovus is a game development studio based in the United States with team members around the globe. Together we've embraced a remote-working, geo-diverse team and culture. We are looking for people who are fierce, capable, and have a strong desire to make fun and memorable games.


The marketing team at Funovus is looking for a UA Manager to help scale up our successful mobile games.


  • Previous working experience in mobile games or app user acquisition (ideally 2+ years)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets with clear ROI targets
  • Experience in working with Meta, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Understanding of mobile marketing ad tech: game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising, fraud, etc
  • Experience with UA creative process (ex: running and setting up the creative strategy, preparing briefs, providing feedback during production, organising creative brainstorming, etc.)


  • Working directly on the inception and execution of User Acquisition campaigns for all of our games
  • Manage performance marketing campaign across a variety of channels such as Google, Facebook, Tiktok, and so on
  • Collaborate with Product and Art teams to develop new marketing assets and improve existing UA strategies and activities
